2. Maintenance of mechanical parts

Often check whether the zero return position of the tool library is correct, check whether the spindle return tool point position of the CNC lathe is in place, and adjust it in time; When the machine is started, the tool store and the manipulator should be run empty to check whether all parts work normally, especially whether the stroke switch and the solenoid valve can operate normally; Check whether the tool is reliably locked on the manipulator, and if it is found abnormal, it should be dealt with in time.
