The sheet metal stamping process is suitable for stamping, opening, and erasing of cabinet structures such as silent cabinets and power distribution cabinets. Punching machine: According to the cold punching pressure of the product, select the punching machine with different tonnage, and the applied mold must be tested and applied after passing the test. So how can we better process the appearance of sheet metal? Let's take a quick look:

Strictly comply with sheet metal first sample testing, middle sampling inspection and final part verification; The processing specifications of the product workpiece should be checked according to the drawings or process documents; The edge of the stamping process should not be lashen or bent, and the raw edge height should not exceed 10%-15% of the wall thickness of the raw material;

Check the safety factor and stability of mechanical and electrical equipment during the adjustment period; The parts to be machined can be machined only after the inspection of the previous procedure flow; Before processing, master the technical standards, check whether the incoming material inspection report is incorrect; Learn to select the corresponding mold according to the processing regulations; First, the press slider is tilted to the bottom dead center, and then the upper control module is assembled into the slot of the slider die handle, and straightened and levelled; Tighten the screws and top screws, and there should be no gap between the upper control module and the bottom edge of the slide block;

After the bed body is scrubbed clean, oil stains and iron pins are removed, the lower control module is placed on the stamping table; Use the hand to start the vehicle or install the large wheel, so that the slider from the bottom stop into the upper die, and adjust the height of the crankshaft, so that the travel arrangement of the die is suitable; Adjust mold voids to ensure the symmetry of surrounding voids; Pave the lower moulded plate, the pad and the bottom template at the same height, without changing the point symmetry; Clamp the crankshaft, check whether the mold is loose;

Carry out sheet metal test punching to check whether the cross section is neat, average and symmetrical; Adjust printing and platemaking according to specifications, set vertical standards (front and back) and level standards (manipulation); Grasp the raw materials in the whole process of processing should be close to the printing plate, and should be flat on the bottom die; Pay attention to the overall goal of machining when opening and erasing holes to avoid incorrect opening; Processed parts should be classified, placed neatly and well marked.
